Salary range: $101,051 per annum + 13.5% superannuation.

About you
You will hold a degree in Accounting, Human Resources or a related field is preferred, or an equivalent combination of relevant qualifications, skills and experience, along with a current Driver Licence with extensive experience in payroll administration within a large and complex organisation is essential.
A minimum of four years’ experience in a similar role is required, ideally gained in environments with multiple Enterprise Agreements, union involvement, and high-volume or manual payroll processing. Strong working knowledge and the ability to interpret relevant legislation and frameworks, including Employment Legislation, Industry Acts, Superannuation Guarantee legislation, Awards and Agreements are critical to success in this role.
Demonstrated analytical and critical thinking skills are essential, with a proven ability to resolve complex payroll issues and implement practical, effective solutions.
A high level of attention to detail, sound judgement, and a commitment to accuracy and compliance underpin your approach to work, alongside well-developed communication skills that enable you to provide clear and expert advice to a range of stakeholders.
