Salary range: $39.85 per hour, inclusive of 20% casual loading + 13.5% superannuation.

About the role
Role accountabilities include:
- Deliver engaging gym sessions and support group fitness
- Maintain safe supervision of the gym
- Assist members with enquiries, programs and bookings
- Conduct screenings, inductions, PT and rehab sessions
- Follow emergency procedures and keep accurate client records

About you
You are a motivated fitness professional who knows how to guide, support and inspire. Confident with assessments, programs and equipment, you create safe, effective training experiences. Organised and adaptable, you handle a busy environment with ease and use tech confidently. With strong communication and a team‑focused mindset, you help create a positive, welcoming gym space every day.
Relevant Industry Qualifications are essential for this role. Qualifications required include:
- Certificate III in Fitness (SIS30321).
- Current Registration to Work with Vulnerable People.
- Provide First Aid (HLTAID011).
- Provide Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) (HLTAID009).
Whilst experience is preferred, we welcome applications from people who love working in a fun, team-based environment and who are ready to seek new knowledge.
We would ideally love it if you were available for up to 7 days to cover our existing group fitness classes and gym floor shifts, however, also understand that sometimes life just happens. Our ideal candidate will be flexible, and we would also work with you for when you need your days off.
