Salary range: $119,423 per annum + 13.5% superannuation.
About the role
Role accountabilities include:
- Lead strategic projects from planning to delivery, ensuring scope, time, and budget are met.
- Monitor and report on initiatives, manage risks, and keep stakeholders informed through CAMMS (reporting platform) and quarterly updates.
- Review completed projects, capture lessons learned, and apply improvements for future initiatives.

About you
The below are the essentials for the role:
- Bachelor degree or higher in Business, Public Administration, Strategic Management, or a related field with relevant experience.
- Expertise in leading strategic projects that improve how an organisation operates and delivers value.
- Strong project management knowledge and disciplined delivery.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Confidence in reporting and data analysis, using tools to provide meaningful insights.
Desirable
- Familiarity with CAMMs or similar reporting platforms
- Experience in local government or public sector environments provides valuable insights and understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities in these sectors.
