Temporary Role Information
We are urgently seeking an experienced and dynamic high-level Administrative professional to deliver high-level executive assistance and strategic administrative support to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the Infrastructure and Assets Network.
Role accountabilities include:
- Provide executive, administrative, and secretarial support, including organising meetings, travel, and functions.
- Ensure all agenda items, minutes, and associated materials are provided.
- Offer high-level administrative and project services to support programs and major projects in the Infrastructure and Assets Network.
- Conduct research and prepare background notes and briefings.
- Manage and filter incoming communications.
- Coordinate and monitor correspondence as the Divisional Liaison Officer for Elected Member requests.
- Maintain corporate records according to Council policies and procedures.
Pay & Conditions
- Group & Team: Infrastructure & Assets, and City Projects
- Location: Council Centre
- Start Date: From immediate to 26 September 2025 (Posibility of extension)
- Salary: $45.34 per hour (Inclusive of 20% casual loading)
- Number of positions required: 1
- Hours per week: Full-time - 38 hours per week
