Salary range: $88,483 to $96,773 per annum + 13% superannuation.
About the role
This role plays a key part in shaping the City’s green spaces by supporting the planning and delivery of capital works, asset renewal projects and asset management. You’ll work closely with a dedicated team to ensure our parks and reserves are safe, sustainable, and welcoming for the community.
In this role, you will:
- Coordinate and deliver parks and reserves' capital works and renewal projects.
- Develop project scopes, technical specifications, and manage procurement processes.
- Support the preparation and review of Asset Management Plans.
- Conduct inspections and coordinate maintenance programs.
- Provide technical input to improve bushland asset data and service levels.
- Ensure climate resilience and sustainability are embedded in project planning.

Essential Qualifications, Licences, and Skills for the role:
- A Diploma or higher in Project Management or Parks Management.
- A current driver’s licence and registration to work with vulnerable people.
- Strong skills in contract management, technical documentation, and data analysis.
- A collaborative mindset and a commitment to continuous improvement.
- Demonstrated experience in managing capital works or asset renewal projects.
