Salary range: $115,945 + 13% superannuation + commuter rights fleet vehicle, car parking spot, plus laptop, & mobile phone.
About the role
Are you a visionary leader with a passion for open spaces, sustainability, and community engagement? The City of Hobart is seeking a dynamic Program Leader Parks to drive the strategic direction, planning, and management of our parks and open spaces.
In this role, you will lead a team of 34 and oversee a $33M parks asset portfolio, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services, sustainable asset management, and innovative projects that enhance our city's green spaces.

About you
You’re an experienced leader with a degree in Horticulture, Project Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience). With expertise in park management, project delivery, and asset management, you thrive in strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, and team leadership. Your financial acumen, ability to drive innovation, and commitment to sustainability make you the ideal candidate to shape Hobart’s green spaces for the future
