About the role

In this role, you will be coordinating accurate and effective budgeting, financial records and financial processes for the Doone Kennedy Hobart Aquatic Centre (DKHAC) and ensure cost effective tracking of targets and budgets throughout the year.  

Role accountabilities include:

  • Collaborating with DKHAC management team to resolve budget issues and variances.
  • Coordinate the preparation and monitoring of DKHAC’s annual budgets, targets, fees, charges, and financial processes.
  • Maintain and monitor financial records, providing timely reports to the Centre Leadership Team.
  • Ensure accurate preparation and processing of direct debits for DKHAC.
