Salary range: $63,689 to $65,372 per annum + 13% superannuation.

About the role
This role contributes to the success of the City by assisting the City Infrastructure Group to construct, maintain and operate the Council’s infrastructure associated with the waterways and stormwater network in a manner that is safe, efficient, and cost effective.
Role accountabilities include:
- Operate plant and machinery in accordance with operations manuals, workshop standing instructions and directions given by the Team Leader.
- Respond to queries and questions from the general public professionally and courteously.
- Undertake day-to-day onsite work (often working independently), ensuring that allocated work is delivered efficiently, effectively and to the expected quality standards.
- Complete safety and site documents accurately and provide them to the Coordinator daily, with an update on progress and issues within the agreed timeframes.
