Salary range: $31.68 per hour (age of 21 years+ rate), inclusive of 25% of casual loading + 11.5% superannuation. The rate for a junior will be adjusted accordingly.

Role accountabilities include:
- Food Preparation and barista duties.
- Accurate cash handling and reconciliation.
- Promoting and providing quality customer service at all times.
- Ensuring that members and guests have access to prompt, professional and quality service.
- Maintaining a professional retail area.

About you
Do you love coffee, sandwiches, and people? Do you have a flair for customer service and a passion for creating a welcoming atmosphere? If so, you might be the perfect fit for our cafe attendant role
We are looking for casual people to join our team who fulfil the below criteria:
- You will have completed Year 10 or hold a relevant Certificate level qualification;
- You must hold or be able to obtain a Registration to Work with Vulnerable People;
- You are energetic and confident;
- You are passionate about customer service;
- You have an enthusiastic approach, willingness to learn and seek innovative solutions when faced with challenges.
Whilst experience is preferred, we welcome applications from people who love working in a fun, team-based environment and who are ready to seek new knowledge.
We would ideally love it if you were available for up to 7 days to cover our existing shifts, however also understand that sometimes life just happens. Our ideal candidate will be flexible, and we would also work with you for when you need your days off.
