About the role

The role is accountable for the planning, managing and delivering a package of multiple projects comprising the rolling 3 year annual works plan, including formal hand over processes.

The role involves leading small to medium project teams and managing medium-sized projects within agreed timeframes and budgets. Responsibilities include resource allocation, stakeholder communication, risk management, adherence to project management methodologies, and implementing project controls. Additionally, the position requires ensuring project closure and conducting post-project reviews for continuous improvement.

About you

The position requires a Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field. Candidates should possess significant experience in managing and delivering small to medium infrastructure projects from initiation to project handover. Additionally, expertise in costing/budgeting, financial reporting, risk analysis, design reviews, assessment of constructability, and administration of standard consultancy and construction contracts is essential.
