This role contributes to the success of the City by developing and delivering a culture change program that aligns with the City’s values and strategic direction. This change program introduces new ways of working to enable our people to realise the mission of working together to make Hobart a better place for the community. This role has responsibility for implementing a range of people program to improve the overall employee experience.

Classification:  Municipal Officer, Level 4

Salary Range:  $89,136 - $102,112

Tenure:  Permanent Full-Time
